Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Consultation

An AYT consultation is a comprehensive, whole-body wellness approach looking at how the five elements and energy bodies manifest uniquely in each individual and addresses imbalances based on your unique constitution. (Doshas).

Ayurveda does not treat symptoms – it targets the root of illness for sustainable transformation.

The ancient holistic system of Ayurveda isn’t just about healing a current imbalance or disease - it places great emphasis on prevention and balance within one’s life/health span.

What to expect

An initial consultation will involve an in-depth interview analyzing all aspects of both your history and current concerns, issues and ailments, be it mental, physical or spiritual.

After completing a comprehensive intake form we will meet for your 90 min. consult. Through a detailed intake and conversation, I may observe subtle cues such as your breath, energy, or physical indicators while we discuss your gut and digestive health, sleep, stress, emotions, lifestyle, life experiences, and current stage of life.

From there, I assess your unique constitution—your true nature—and how it may have shifted out of balance over time.

This is a collaborative and holistic process—one that honors your story and empowers your awareness.

*Note: You are encouraged to discuss any Ayurvedic concepts that are of interest to you with your primary health-care physician. This educational consultation does not take the place of your qualified health care practitioner(s) and should in no way be considered as a substitute for their care. Continue to take any prescription medications and follow any recommendations from your physician. • Diet, lifestyle guidance, herbs, and supportive recipes

  • Inner climate balance along with daily and seasonal self-care recommendations
