For more than twenty years, I have devoted my life to the path of holistic healing—for myself and in service to others—guiding a return to wholeness in body, mind, heart, and spirit.

My journey has been a weaving of ancient wisdom—Yoga, Ayurveda, and Shamanic traditions—alongside modern understandings of health and science, shaping the way I hold and guide others on their healing path.

Over time, this path has become the foundation of the work I now offer.

‍ ‍If you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in old patterns, or simply sensing that there is more to this life - you are not alone. Many who find their way to me are searching for balance, clarity, healing, or a deeper sense of purpose — but aren’t quite sure how to access it.

I’ve walked that path too — in my own way, through seasons of searching, healing, and becoming.

Through Ayurveda Yoga Therapy ( diet, lifestyle, and herbs ) breathwork, meditation, therapeutic bodywork, energy healing, and nature-based rituals and sacred ceremony, I create spaces that feel like refuge — places where you can slow down, be fully seen and heard, and safely explore all parts of yourself without judgment.

This work is not about “fixing” you. It’s about remembering who you are.

I guide you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, to sit with both the light and the shadow, and to begin shifting the patterns, beliefs, and narratives that may be keeping you in fear or misalignment. Together, we cultivate awareness, resilience, and a deeper trust in yourself and your path.

My role is to walk beside you — offering grounded presence, compassionate support, and guidance — as you begin to live from the inside out, in greater balance with yourself, your life, and the rhythms of the earth.

If you feel the call - that deep, undeniable pull toward something greater, a spark beginning to rise within you -

TRUST IT. That is your soul speaking. That is your fire rekindling.

This is the work.
This is the path.
And you don’t have to walk it alone.

This is where your journey begins!

My Soulfire Journey

‍ ‍I’ve come to understand that my life has always been guided—by the whispers of the Earth, the wisdom of those who came before me, and a fire within me that refused to go out.

But that knowing didn’t always feel clear.

A woman with curly hair, wearing a tank top and jeans, sitting on a black motorcycle with luggage and a helmet, in a desert landscape with rock formations in the background.

There were years of searching… of feeling different, of not quite fitting into the mold, of navigating fear, self-doubt, and the weight of expectations. I felt the pull between the life I was living and something deeper calling me forward. At times, there was anger, heaviness, the weight of the past I couldn’t resolve, and a sense of disconnection—from myself, from others, and from the truth I couldn’t yet fully name.

And still - something inside me kept whispering, there is more.

That spark—the energy I now recognize as my inner fire — never left me.

There came a moment, years ago, when that quiet knowing became something undeniable. What began as awareness turned into a choice—to step into the unknown, into a path that felt both unfamiliar and deeply remembered. A teacher appeared, and through the ancient teachings of Yoga, Ayurveda and Shamanism, I found a doorway back to myself.

It wasn’t instant. It was a journey of devotion, a journey that continues…

Through self-study, practice, and deep inner work, I began to understand that healing doesn’t come from outside of us—it is something we awaken within. What started as a love for fitness and personal training evolved into a deep reverence for the body as a gateway, the breath as a bridge, and awareness as a path to transformation.

I immersed myself in the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Shamanic traditions—learning not only the practices, but a way of seeing. A way of living in relationship with the elements, with nature, with Spirit, and with the cycles of life itself.

My connection with nature — especially the element of fire — became a powerful teacher. Fire showed me transformation, destruction, renewal, and truth. It led me to create circle gatherings and sacred spaces, including those held on my land, The Tree of Life Sanctuary, where others can reconnect with their own inner rhythm and the rhythm of the earth.

Through both the beauty and the grief of life, I also answered a deeper call—to serve as an End-of-Life Doula. To sit with life in its final transition, to hold space for the unknown, to honor each soul’s journey as they take their last breath… this has been one of the greatest honors of my life.

All of it — every experience, every challenge, every moment of awakening—has shaped the work I now offer.

I don’t see myself as someone who has arrived. I walk this path too.

I believe transformation begins when we are willing to sit honestly with ourselves — to meet our fears, our wounds, and our deepest desires — and to recognize the strength and wisdom already within us. This is where we begin to shift… to rewire old patterns… to become the alchemists of our own lives.

I am forever grateful to the teachers and lineages that have guided me — for family & friends that support me - for the highlights and soul shaking trauma that shaped me - for the sacred elements of nature that move within us and around us . . . teaching me how to walk lightly and in beauty on this Earth, showing me the way of my heart! Aho!

With love & fire,

Marybeth
